Amanda Bagin, Injury Prevention and Death Review project manager, had the opportunity to attend the International Conference on Stillbirth, SIDS and Baby Survival in Glasgow, Scotland with our partner Trina Salm Ward, PhD, MSW, researcher at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Amanda and Trina presented results from the Sleep Baby Safe Newborn Nest focus group, which examined opportunities to improve training for home visitors that distribute baby boxes. Amanda also had the opportunity to hear about cutting-edge research on infant mortality and child death prevention. It was an incredible honor to be invited to share our findings and network with colleagues from around the world.
