Reach Out and Read Wisconsin’s annual meeting will take place on Friday, Oct. 11, 2019 at the Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This year’s keynote speaker is Tiffany Munzer, MD from the University of Michigan. Dr. Munzer will be sharing her perspective on screen time and sharing her new research showing the effectiveness of print books versus electronic books.
Attendees will also hear about the Protective Families Framework and how to connect families with local resources, and a clinic panel will share their Reach Out and Read best practices. Representatives from Scholastic, Inc., All About Books and Books4School will be exhibiting. CME credit is available.
