Nominate a pediatric champion for statewide EMS award

EMS for Children of Wisconsin is now accepting nominations for the 2019 Pediatric Champion of the Year Award. This recognition is granted to an EMS crew member or station that has displayed outstanding care for a child in a medical emergency or trauma event, demonstrated exceptional effort in influencing the development of pediatric training or quality improvement programs, or worked toward creating injury prevention efforts.

Award recipients will receive a lunch celebration, certificate of appreciation and a plaque for their station or crew quarters recognizing them as champions in pediatric emergency care.

To submit a nomination for the Pediatric Champion of the Year Award, please complete the online nomination form by April 1. To be eligible, the pediatric event must have occurred during the 2018 calendar year.
