On Oct. 5, Children’s Health Alliance of Wisconsin (the Alliance) brought together partners from across the state to celebrate National Child Health Day. And the energy was incredible!

A statewide movement
National Child Health Day, observed every first Monday in October, is a powerful reminder that children’s health is everyone’s responsibility. This year, we invited our partners to shine a spotlight on the vital work being done every day for Wisconsin’s kids, and they showed up in a big way.

From health departments and hospitals to clinics, dental providers and state agencies, organizations across Wisconsin came together on Oct. 5 to share what they do #ForKidsHealth. Mental health support, pediatric readiness, policy advocacy, safe sleep practices, teen driving safety, dental care access, air quality education and family parenting resources. It’s a powerful reminder of what Wisconsin’s child health community can do together.

Celebrating our partners
This year’s National Child Health Day brought together partners and community members in a meaningful way, creating a wave of impact across the Alliance’s social channels, @chawisconsin. Seeing so many organizations rally around children’s health was nothing short of inspiring.

We are grateful for every organization that participated!

This is what it looks like when Wisconsin comes together #ForKidsHealth.

Thank you to every partner who participated, shared their story and showed the world what commitment to children’s health looks like. Your work matters, today and every day.

Didn’t get a chance to participate?
