History
Established in 1994, Children's Health Alliance of Wisconsin is dedicated to collaboration, education and advocacy. The Alliance continues to build a strong network of partners dedicated to addressing emerging children's health issues. In addition to our organizational staff, the Alliance includes our Advisory Board member organizations and over 3,500 stakeholders throughout Wisconsin.

Mission
To improve the health and well-being of children by addressing key health issues through collaborative efforts with diverse organizations, communities and individuals.

Vision
Children's Health Alliance of Wisconsin will be the recognized leader that inspires and champions innovative approaches to ensure the health and well-being of children.

Funding
The Alliance would like to thank our funding sources. Their financial contribution to the Alliance allows us to deliver numerous programs that help underserved and high-risk children.

The Alliance is funded through:
-  Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services (DHFS), Division of    Public Health and by a Maternal and Child Health Bureau (MCH) Title V        Series Block Grant, through the MCH Bureau of the Health Resources and        Services Administration, of the U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services 
-  Children's Hospital of Wisconsin (CHW)
-  Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)
-  Delta Dental Plan of Wisconsin
-  University of Wisconsin Children's Hospital and Clinics

Advisory Board
Children’s Health Alliance of Wisconsin Advisory Board includes a group of dedicated individuals representing diverse organizations throughout the state of Wisconsin.
